Today, Tobin and Molly are fighting, which puts me in a difficult position as co-founder. When the other co-founder and CFO are married and not getting along, is it personal or business? It's an unorthodox arrangement but we're an unorthodox company. That said, a disagreement over "shipping costs" might be a proxy for something more personal like trying for a third round of IVF treatment. How can I know? For now, I'm going to stay out of it. Shipping is important but so is a peaceful workplace.
